What is an energy level?
An energy level that dentifies the element
What elements will form a covalent bond?
they occur between nonmetals
ex: water , hydrogen and oxygen
What is a covalent bond, how do they form?
covalent bonds are when electrons share atoms. they form when atoms share

How do you figure out the number of neutrons in an atom?
You take the atomic, or proton number of the element, and you subtract it from the element’s mass number.

same number of protons but different numbers of neutrons.

no because the common isotope of boron is 11
