Joint operating base in Cyprus. Used as forward mounting base for ops in middle east and used for fast jet training. Also has griffin helicoptor used for search and rescue on island (84 sqn)
RAF BRIZE NORTON
Largest Raf base with 5800 personell, used for strategic and tactical air to air services and air to air refuelling and home to british parachite training. Has C17 (99 sqn) A400 Atlas ( 70 Sqn) C130 (47 sqn) and airbus voyager (10sqn)
RAF Odiham
Support helicopter base under joint helocoptwr command. Stations 3 Chinook Squadrons, 7, 18 and 27 sqn.
RAF benson
Support helicoptor base under join helicoptor command and has 2 puma squadrons (33 and 230) and the ocu (28 sqn) also hole to national air police service and thames valley air ambulance service.
RAF lossiemouth
Home to QRA to defend skies around britian to the north. Has 1, 2 6 and 9 Typhoon Squadron. Aswell as 120 sqaudron (poseidon) and 51sqn raf regiment.
RAF conningsby
RAF base for WRA to defind the skies around south of britian and partnered with lossiemouth. Has 4 Typhoon squadrons - 3, 11, 12 and 29 sqn

4000 miles from UK and Falkands used as a mounting
Base between and to protect Britians sovereignt in the south atlantic
RAF Gibralter
Air station at the west of the meditteranean makes it in ideal staging post of aircraft on operations and as a supporting base to NATO exercises in the medditerenean and iberian peninsula areas. It also contributes to the maintenemce if british sovereignty of gibralter.
RAF MOUNT PLEASANT
Mount Pleasant Complex was opened in 1985 to establish a fighter and transport presence in the Islands RAF provides key elements if the forces to provide security to the falklands, the south sandwich islands and south georgia. They have 4 Typhoon a voyager and an atlas a400m on the island.
