Q

Acute Pericarditis

A
  1. Sinus tachycardia
  2. Spodick sign- downsloping TP segment in leads II and lateral precordial leads
  3. Widespread concave STE and PR depression

Q

Hypokalemia

A
  1. Increased P wave amplitude
  2. Prolongation of PR interval
  3. Widespread ST depression and T wave flattening/inversion
  4. Prominent U waves (best seen in V2-V3)
  5. Apparent long QT interval due to fusion of T and U waves (long QU interval)

Q

Mobitz II block (Hay block)

A

Intermittent non conducted P waves without progressive prolongation of PR interval

  • PR interval in conducted beats remains constant
  • P waves march through at a constant rate
  • RR interval surrounding the dropped beat is an exact multiple of the preceding RR interval
