A

All of the following conditions exist:

  1. TRQ is 10% or greater than other engine
  2. Ng is 5% or greater than other engine
  3. Np is matched with in 5% of other engine
  4. Nr is at or above 103%

Engine low-side Failure

A

All of the following conditions exist:

  1. Torque is 10% below the good engine.
  2. Ng it’s 5% or less than the good engine
  3. Np is at or below 98%
  4. Nr is at or below 97%

Engine Torque or TGT Spiking/fluctuations

A

Differences between engine torques is greater than 10%.

Compressor Stall

A

Rapid increase in TGT, hang up or decrease in NG, loss of power, or change in engine noise level varying from barely audible to muffled explosions.

A

NP is greater than an NR by more than 3% and engine torque is below 10%.
