First line

A
  • ECG - global ST elevation and T wave inversion
  • ECHO - pericardial effusion
  • Bloods - CRP and ESR

MANAGEMENT

A
  • NSAIDs (aspirin/ibuprofen)
  • Steroids in more severe cases (prednisolone)
  • Maybe pericardiocentesis (remove fluid around heart)
