State some cool down activities

A

light aerobic exercise to bring breathing , body temperature and heart rate slowly back to normal. Static stretching helps to alleviate the soreness felt the next day and remove waste products from the muscles .Examples, hamstring stretch , calf stretch. One cause of soreness is the accumulation of waste products such as lactic acid .
