A

90 continuous days of 2 or more symptoms: purulent rhinorrhea, nasal obstruction, facial pressure/pain, or cough

AND
Endoscopic mucosal edema, purulent drainage, nasal polyposis

AND/OR CT with mucosal changes in OMC
And/or sinuses

Note- panel did not agree that therapy should include reflux therapy

Nasal steroids for those with affected qol

Second generation antihistamines
