Road to Pump 2017 KME
A
- Maxi
- Trans - Neutral
- Pump shift out then downward
- Wait at least 4 seconds
- Trans - Drive
- Check pump properly engaged:
- Green “OK to Pump” light on pump shift - on
- Speedometer should be non-zero
- “Throttle Ready” light on pump panel - on
- Center pump panel light illuminated - Chock rear duals

Pump to Road 2017 KME
A
- Throttle down to idle
- Trans - Neutral
- Pump shift out then upward
- Wait at least 4 seconds
- Trans - Drive, observe 0 mph on speedometer
- Trans - Neutral, observe 0 mph on speedometer

Auxiliary Cooler 2017 KME
A
If temp is 210F or higher
1. Locate in upper right hand corner of panel.
2. Rotate counter-clockwise until fully open (1/4 turn).
If temp falls below 210F
1. Rotate clockwise until fully closed(1/4 turn)

Transmission Oil Level Sensor 2017 KME
A
- Park engine on level surface.
- Remain stationary for at least 2 minutes to allow fluid to settle.
- Simultaneously press up and down arrows on shift selector.
- The shift selector digital readout displays the level:
A. Correct fluid level
B. Low fluid level
C. High fluid level
* Trans fluid temp must be between 140-220*F or there may be a delay in the reading.

Passive Regen 2017 KME
A
Any DPF warning lamp
- Find an area that will allow you to drive a few miles without stopping, freeway preferable.
- Regeneration will occur provided RPMs and exhaust temps are high enough. You will not be aware.
- DPF warning lamps will turn off once regen has completed.
* High Exhaust System Temp or HEST light may illuminate if temps are above 842*F and vehicle speed less than 5mph.

Parked Regen 2017 KME
A
- Park the vehicle safely off the roadway away from flammable materials.
- The following conditions must be met during the entire regen process
- Maxi set
- Trans neutral
- Accelerator/brake pedals must not be depressed
- Engine Coolant Temp must be near normal operating temp, as high as 167*F. - Press “Parked Regen Request” softkey on multiplex
- Press “DPF Regen Controls” -> “Force Regen”. Engine RPM will increase. If the light is blinking check all conditions from step 2.
- In the event of emergency response press “Regen Inhibit” soft key.
* Regen will last @ 30 minutes. When complete the switch light will go off, RPM will decrease to idle, all exhaust filter indicators will be gone.

Cab Tilt Raise 2017 KME
A
- Maxi set
- Trans Neutral
- Wheels chocked
- Locate cable tilt control remote
- Plug remote cable into outlet above captains step
- Confirm:
- All loose equipment is secured
- All cab doors are closed
- Overhead clearance 15’8”
- Cab lock lever pulled out, capt side pump panel - “Push to Raise” button and toggle switch to “Up”
- Observe safety bar on capt side engage.
- Engage safety bar on driver side

Cab Tilt Lower 2017 KME
A
- Disengage driver side safety bar
- Push Cab Lock lever in, turn to lock
- Ensure no people, tools, obstructions in path of travel
- Plug in cab remote, above capt step
- Toggle switch to “Down”
WARNING: ONCE TOGGLE IS IN THE DOWN POSITION, THE ONLY WAY TO STOP DOWNWARD MOTION OF CAB IS TO PLACE TOGGLE IN THE NEUTRAL POSITION.
If cab is not completely down image of truck with cab tilted will appear on dash. - Remove cab tilt remote from outlet.
- Pull cab lock lever out

Manual Pump Shift Override - To Pump 2017 KME
A
- Trans Neutral
- Red interlock switch left of pump shift toggle UP
- To pump panel, red interlock switch toggle up to MIDDLE position.
- Pull manual pump override lever OUT
- Back to cab, Pump shift to “Pump”
- Trans Drive
