Q

What is the use of skill continua? Use an example in your answer.

A
  • skills are developed through practice.
  • continua helps to chose the correct form of practice in training.
  • E.g. a netball coach may deduce that a chest pass is an open skill, therefore they introduce variety in training to create that unpredictable environment.
