Tell me about a time you were working on an initiative or goal and saw an opportunity to do something much bigger than the initial focus.
(SOA initiative)
Started for one system and it became much bigger and worked for all of our upcoming 5 systems and now we have a total 13 systems built on SOA composition design patterns.
(Messaging framework)
Started just to make angularjs controller lighter and thinner and create other driver versions but then later messaging framework became the fundamental block of our project development. All 4 dev teams ( driver, ccms, backend, epic ) are using this to create their projects.

I decided to investigate the issue and solve the problem and come up with future proof solutions.
Actions
Solved the issue
Did check driver was installed, it had proper permissions, IIS was running, I also checked we had proper storage capacity, IE versions there were lot investigation I had to do on that day
I decided to propose a Dashboard ( for health check )
Result
Dashboard idea was accepted immediately from my director of business CTO appreciated this proposal
Stakeholders including Prometric were very much confident about this solution
In the future it protected us from many issues that would have shipped to the testcenter and caused issues and business losses were saved.
