Cementation procedure

A
  • Dry crown inside and out after fintal try-in
  • Mix cement
  • fill 2/3 full and cover all internal surfaces
  • Rinse and Dry tooth
  • Seat crown
    • cement expresssed from all margins
    • Ensure complete seating
      • cement expressed from all margins
      • mirror handle to apply apical pressure
      • bite on tongue blade
  • Centric Occlusion before cement sets
    • ensure occlusion has not been altered
  • Remove Excess cement
    • buccal/Lingual
      • tip of explorer and air/water
    • interproximal
      • floss w/knot-pass knot Lingual–>Buccal
