 - Isolated tenderness of patella
 - Tenderness of fibular head
 - Inability to flex knee to 90
 - Inability to WB immediately

• Pain in the malleolar zone and …
• Bone tenderness of the medial or lateral malleolus
• Inability to weight bear immediately after MOI or in office
