FEARS OF SAFETY

A

ZONE OF SAFETY: Fears arise when the person is outside of their usual surroundings and is unable to cope, e.g., they may have a mental or physical disability

AGE: In the case of small children, or elderly, fears may arise as soon as their absence is noted.

CIRCUMSTANCES: Fears arise if they have gone missing in circumstances that are unusual, dangerous or suspicious
