(A) i.Parent/ Step Parent/ Foster Parent/ Guardian/ Uncle/Aunt
ii. grandparent, step grandparent, foster grandparent (parents of i)

iv. Spouse / De facto of any of the above

(B) Same family, whanau, culturally recognised ground

A
