What is the management of anal fissures?

A

Treat constipation with bulk-forming laxatives
Fluid and fibre intake
Analgesia (Paracetamol, Iburprofen, avoid Opioids, consider topical Lidocaine)
If symptoms for more than 1 week - topical 0.4% GTN ointment
