Superior = hypothalamic sulcus 
Posterior = Mammillary bodies
LATERALLY:
Caudal = posterior limb
Lateral = substantia innominate

NPY/AgRP release Ghrelin which inhibits satiety (leptin release) therefore promoting hunger to second order neurons in the brain.
