Install Automatically/Prompt Users to Install has a few more requirements of the device like Supervision and PreStage Enrollment and it will automatically install or prompt the user to install once it’s pushed to the device.

A

The device has iOS 7 or later, the device is supervised and the user is signed in to the iTunes Store on the device.

A
