What is the glass ceiling?
The glass ceiling is a limitation for minority groups in the business context. It is also often used to describe the challenges for women in the male dominated business world. They can indeed be promoted in the company and reach a good position but they´ll reach a certain border o limitation men don´t have. They may be as good or better than meen but can´t break through this unvisible glass seiling because they´re pushed back by men. That´s also a reason for the in many countries applied women quota.
