Three Marks of existence

A

Annata: “no-self”; no ultimate reality within, no essence underlying existence, no eternal substratum that is truly real. You’re, continually changing and, therefore, the person we are now is not the same person we were ten minutes ago, ten months, or ten years ago.

Anicca “impermanence”; closely related to anatta; the world is constantly changing. The self appears real and unchanging, but it too is an ongoing flow of thought, perfectioin, fears, hopes, and so on, that is constantly changing.

Dukka: “suffering” a natural result of anicca and annata, we are always are suffering.
