Ex: a noticeable price difference

Anytime your current interaction ends, it is seen as a rejection of the offer (unless said otherwise)

A
Problems give rise to rules. If there is an acceptance on a phone call some courts may say yes others may say no.

If your own employee sends the acceptance, it is accepted upon receipt
If an agent sends the letter, it is accepted upon dispatch
