think that then they will be protected.

They were scared and they remembered that this was the G-d who defeated Pharoah in Egypt.

When he hears that it has been captured, he falls backwards off his chair. Since he is old and
heavy, he breaks his neck, and dies.
What happened to פינחס‘s wife
Pinchas‘s wife is pregnant. When she hears the bad news, she starts to have labor pains. She gives
birth to a baby boy. She died in childbirth

She names him Ee Kavod (Ichabod), there is no honor, because of the loss of the Aron.
