IMPETIGO: children, s. aureus, s. pyogenes; bullae
=> topical *fusidic acid etc.), Abx oral fluclox, erythromycin

ERSIPELAS:

CELLULITIS: “”,
=> IV Fluclox + benzylpenicillin
> Severe orbital cellulitis
OEDEMA, BLISTERS: erythemous, lower leg bilateral

LIPODERMATOSCLEROSIS: poor circulation, acute, bilateral, venous dis.
=> Tx venous disease + topical steroids
