What is a violation? What should be done about it?

A

Pilot deviation that may result when USAF aircraft deviates from a flight rule. Preserve any available evidence for 180 days and use call-sign only and don’t release any personal info. Go through commander–do not call the number

Is ATC clearance authority to deviate from this manual? When may you deviate and what must you do if it happens?

A

No. Deviate as needed in case of emergency. Notify ATC as soon as possible and verbally report incident to supervisor/commander and have written record within 24 hrs or as mission permits.
