  • equalities act 2010 -> protects employers from discrimination based on gender, age, race, religion, disability (protected characteristics)
  • enterprise + regulatory reform act 2013
  • employment relations act 2000 -> must have contract within 8 weeks
  • part time workers regulation 2000 -> receive same treatment as full time workers
