Need to ensure that the social media site provide good user experience this mean that it should be intuitive to ensure that the user feel familiar when using the site. The site should be available 24/7 so this mean there should not be downtime.
The site should meet the accessibility needs of the user so this mean that there should be built in accessibility features that can benefit them.
The online community should be aware of what is acceptable to post and what isn’t acceptable to post and the potential danger of using social media.
