A
  1. FLCs activate inflammatory mediators in the proximal tubule epithelium leads to proximal tubule necrosis
  2. Fanconi syndrome (renal tubules acidosis) with FLC crystal deposition

A

Sometimes only sign of myeloma is light chains!
