scaphoid - closer to radius

how do you tell if tibia and fibula belong to L or R leg?
medial malleolus: smaller -
lateral malleolus: longer - part of fibula

- 7 tarsals, 5 metatarsals, 14 phalanges (same as hand apart from one less tarsal)
