B-complex ⇢ Energy releasing, Hemopoietic, Other

  • B1 - Thiamine
  • B2 - Riboflavin
  • B3 - Nicotinamide
  • B5 - Pantothenic acid
  • B6 - Pyridoxine
  • B7 - Folic acid

Non - B complex = vitamin C
