Severity depends on:

  • Movement of stones
  • Obstruction

-Biliary colic”
Steady, severe pain (~1 hr)
RUQ, may radiate to right shoulder

When does it occur?
Accompanying symptoms?
- increased HR, diaphoresis
may be put on tele bc mimics MI/cardiac issues
