Inland hillside vineyards have warm continental climate, cold winters, short warm summers. Cooling influence from mountains provide slower ripenining. Risks inclide late spring frost and autumn rain.

Coastal areas hace warm mediterranean climate. Lower risks of spring frost and autumn rain. Temperatures are hogher with more fertile soils
