The legal practice derived from the teachings of the Quran, Islam’s holy book, and the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad, or Sunnah. Fulfilled to know guidance and rules. Law created by scholars. Body of different ideas and laws about the teachings of the hadith, Quran and Islamic principles.

Shariah Law is defined in the Sumbul Book in three different ways:
the abstract and ideal way of God
Qur’an and Sunnah
Qur’an plus Sunnah plus fiqh. *All three basically refer to “Islam”
