. pré-op -> ponction articulaire, avant toute antibiothérapie (sauf en cas d’infection évidente)

. per op -> multiples (>= 5), à distance antibiothérapie (arrêt depuis >= 15j). inutile (= contamination extérieure): prélèvement orrifice fistule, ou écoulement cicatriciel
