  1. Rotation maneuvers
    - rubin maneuver : pressure on posterior shoulder
    - Wood screw; pressure on anterior shoulder
    - gaskin ‘all fours with gentile traction

  3. Abdominal rescue (intraabdominal pressures anterior shoulder)
