A

Completely inhibit the actions of angiotensin converting enzymes- ACE
ACE converts angiotensin I to active angiotensin II which is a potent vasoconstrictor

Renal artery stenosis:
  - may precipitate renal failure of renal infacrtion
Impaired renal function:
