Diversity

1
Q

Tell me about an example of where you have worked well in a team. How successful do you think this team was?

A

When conducting large building surveys, I often work in a team. This is beneficial because it allows different set of eyes to inspect the property to ensure nothing is missed and it allows useful engagement. I could improve this role by doing more due diligence prior to the survey and sharing it among my colleagues.
