Gluteus maximus ( L5, S1 inferior gluteal nerve)
medial gastroc (S1, S2 Tibial nerve)

Always do paraspinals

Confirmatory:
Adductor longus - L3
Adductor longus - L4
Medial hamstrings - L5
Lateral hamstrings - S1
