● PRIMARY CARE CENTERS
- Advanced practice nurses work independently/collaboratively to provide the care & treatment of patients.
● AMBULATORY CARE CENTERS AND CLINICS (e.g. El Rio Clinic. Urgent Care)
- Nurses provide technical services (e.g. administering medications) and teaching
- Advanced practice nurses usually manage the clinic & provide walk-in care for illness and minor trauma
● HOME HEALTH CARE
- Nurses provide care in patient’s home and collaborate with other healthcare providers
