Challanges

A

S: Client cycles from singing off advise to advise competition was getting long as the customer base grew
T: Work with team to understand cycles and give areas of focus to team members, as well as utilising software efficiently
A: Admin team assumed unique roles instead of everyone doing everything as it was before (i.e. I focus on super and investment implementation while someone else in the team focuses on insurance implementation). Utilising Salesforce to it’s full extent by creating tasks to ensure cycles aren’t accidently overlooked as well as classifying importance by due date and title. Structuring our weeks effectively so that certain days or time of the day is focused on specific areas (e.g. client bookings or superfund research).
R: Efficiency implementations increased (average time measured), some cycles that would usually take a a month were done in 21/2 weeks. Recently set a company record for the most amount of implementations completed in one week.

S: Finwell client super and insurance research tool wasn’t optimised and had lots of components that were repeated
T: Improve on the current tool to allow for greater efficiency in gathering information
A: Redesigned the tool using VLOOKUP functions and created a data sheet
R: Improved the research process by around 20%
