Employee skills? Tend to be specialists in either exploitation or exploration.
Decisions by? Senior management and line managers
Role of senior management - define structure, weighing up adaptability vs alignment
Clearly defined roles within the org.

Attain ambidexterity by individuals divide time between alignment and adaptability.
Tends to be generalists (peeps doing both)
Decisions made by employees.
