A

Suspected ACS with pain.
Acute cardiogenic pulmonary oedema.
Autonomic dysredlexia. (Bp >160)
Irukandji syndrome (Bp >160)

A
Allergy/ ADR.
Heart rate <50 or >150
Bp systolic <100
Acute CVA/ stroke
Head trauma
Psychostimulants (viagra) within last 24-48 hours
