  • Oligoarticular (most common) - MAX 4 JOINTS (usually assymetric + large joints)
  • Polyarticular (5+ JOINTS) - anterior uveitis = sero-ve, rheumatoid nodules = sero+ve
  • Systemic JIA / Still disease = systemic symptoms inc salmon pink rash and serositis

Signs of tuberous sclerosis?

A

skin = ash leaf shaped patches, shagreen patches
(roughened patches of skin over the lumbar spine), angiofibromata in a
butterfly distribution over the bridge of the nose and cheeks, and
fibromas beneath the nail bed

Neuro = developmental delay, LD and infantile spasms

cardiac - rhabdomyomas

eyes = retinal hamartomas

renal = renal cc
