someone who is hurt or killed in an accident or war
e.g.

the place where an accident, crime etc happened
e.g.
Investigators are now at the scene, searching for clues.
block (v)
to prevent anything moving through a space by being or placing something across it or in it
e. g.
1) A fallen tree is blocking the road.
2) The sink’s blocked up.
scatter
spread over a large area
e.g.
The flowers fell and scattered on the ground.
extensive
large in size, amount, or degree
e.g.
The house stands in extensive grounds.
junction
a place where one road, track etc joins another

e.g.
the junction of Abbot Road and Mill Street
