Regular physical activity.Limit intake of refined/added sugars to less than 10%. Increase fibre intake, including soluble fibre sources. Emphasize slow glycemic foods. Small amounts of protein at each meal to stabilize blood sugar. Alcohol can be consumed in moderation. Weight management.
