The Plate Tectonic Theory states that the Earth’s crust is broken inti several large pieces called Tectonic Plates.
What are the edges of the plates called?
Plate boundaries.
What is found at plate boundaries?
Earthquakes and volcanoes.
Why do the plates move against each other?
The plates move against each other due to the movement of magma moving around in the mantle.

The continental drift theory suggest that the continents have changed their positions in the past and are moving now.
