1. Primary impression
2. Primary cast (beading and boxing) and special tray/custom tray
3. Border moulding and secondary impressions
4. Master cast
5. Denture base and occlusal block fabrication
6. Mounting of the models with occlusal rims on articulator
7. Setting up the teeth and waxed up
8. Processing of dentures: flasking, wax elimination, packing, curing, deflasking and polishing)
9. Lab remount and selective grinding
10. Polishing
