A

provides legislation which lays down provisions for prosecution and defence disclosure to be conducted in stages within criminal proceedings.

Duty to record, retain, reveal (3R’s) and disclosure. Record everything, review everything, reveal everything.

Human rights act 1998?

A

The Human Rights Act gives effect to the human rights set out in the European Convention on Human Rights. These rights are called Convention rights.

Examples of Convention or human rights include:
