Colorectal cancer risk and screening
A
low risk = no history or 1st relative diagnosed after 55yo- FOBT every 2 years from 50
medium risk = 1st relative diagnosed at < 55 or two 2nd relatives at and age -FOBT to 49 then colonoscopy 5 yearly
high risk - referal to familial colorectal cancer specialist
