what is the definition of bullying?
it’s unwanted, aggressive behaviour that involves or perceived power imbalance. where this is repeated over time.
examples of bullying
making treats, spreading rumours, attacking physically or verbally, excluding someone and making it be an easy target.
what are the physical indicators of bullying?
- self harm
- weight loss.
- bruising
- nail biting
- avoiding school or work places.
- suicide thoughts and feelings.

the person who is bullying someone has been bullied in the past.

it’s unfair, unreasoned treatment of people as they are inferior.

treating someone as if they are less important.

- a cold or intolerant attitude towards someone.

pretending to be friends with someone to gain their trust and then using them.
