What are buttress roots?

A

Triangular shaped roots which help support very tall trees. Nutrients on the surface of soil so they grow on the surface.

A

Drip tips are tips of the leaf that mean water doesn’t stay on the leaf, and then break it. It also means that the water doesn’t transpire instead of being absorbed by the leaf.
