Liquid crystal display. A light shining through liquid crystals.

What are the advantages of LCD?
A
Low power, lightweight and cheap.

What are the disadvantages of LCD?
A
LCDs have difficulty producing black and very dark greys. Poor viewing angle and brightness.

Where are LCD’s often found?
A
Common with mobile phones and laptops because of its low power and thin and lightweight.
